My favorite moments...

I love, love, love seeing Allen with our boys.  He is such an excellent father!  We bought this leather chair our first year of marriage.  I had no idea that one day it would hold such sweet memories for me.  I love seeing Allen, Ben and Nate all curled up in it watching tv.  I know that one day the boys will not be able to crawl up in their daddy's lap so I am savoring these moments while they last!


 

A great saturday...

Last Saturday we woke up to the sun shining!  We have learned that you seize those moments and head outdoors.  It was still a little chilly when the sun would go behind the clouds but it was still a great day to be at the park!

We headed to one of our favorite parks.

We did a little scootering and football playing.

Camp Benjamin

Ben turned 4 on Friday!!  Cannot believe he is FOUR!  I love this age!  We decided to do a camping themed birthday party.  We were hoping to pitch our huge tent in the back yard so they could all play outside, but since we had snow on Thursday and have had frigid temps we decided against that on Thursday night.  Allen saved the day by finding this pop up tent for £12 at a local store Thursday night!  It was perfect!!

I love to plan a party!  Ben had a blast with all his friends!  Here are a few from the day.  Sorry for the blurry pics but it just shows the constant motion of little boys!

Resurrection Day!

The boys opening up there Easter Buckets from Mom and Dad!  I know this is going to be hard to believe, but this is the first year I have done something for them for Easter.  I couldn't find baskets so I ended up finding these buckets that say, "Bucket of Sunshine."  Since we love orange in this family and since we aren't getting any sunshine from the sky, I thought they were PERFECT!

I bought Ben this chapter book, think he might still be a little young for it but we will get there.

After breakfast we got ready and headed up to Oxford to see the O's! 

They had a fun family get together with other student families and we kind enough to let us join in.  The boys got to go on another egg hunt.  Here they are showing daddy their loot!

They did a big group photo.  My boys were just interested in checking out what they got.  Ben was excited about the candy and Nate started in on peeling the boiled egg!
