This past Saturday, Allen watched Ben and I had a great afternoon with the Angela and Kari. We went and got a yummy lunch and then had pedicures. Angela and I share the same birthday week! It was wonderful, thanks Allen!
You look really good! I hope you're feeling all right. I read your previous post about finding fun things to do. When your in the States look for some Sandra Boyton books. We had a couple in Germany and we would act out the words with Emma. The best one was Barnyard Dance. She loved that, it gave her alot of exercise too. You can also make homemade playdough. My Grandma used to make it for us. I'm sure there are recipes on the internet. You'll enjoy having your boys so close together. When Maggie was about 15 months, she and Emma started playing together all the time. They fight alot but they also have alot of fun and they keep each other entertained.
As far as sippy cups, i agree playtex are good and not that expensive. I just saw that you can by a 3 pack of insulated ones at Sam's club for $10. That's a really good deal.
We really miss you guys. Btw we're planning to come back to Europe as soon as David's done with school, maybe 2 years.
Hi Sara, Just opened your blog and saw you with Kari. Such a SMALL world! Please tell her hi for me. Looks like all is well with your family. We are still loving being back in Kenya. Right now though we are back in South Carolina/Georgia/Virginia for a couple of weeks. We have meetings in Richmond so will head there tomorrow. We're looking forward to seeing Stacey! Hi to Allen. Love, Linda A.
Birthday pedicures are extra special when you can't reach your toes!!
