Greece

Last week we had the awesome priviledge to go to Greece for 6 days!  It could not have come at a better time and was a HUGE blessing to this girl who group up on the equator.  The weather here in England has been rainy and gray for the last couple of months, couple that with some health problems and you had one slightly depressed momma.  So, our Father was so good in His timing of this trip. 

We had a great time!  Lots of sun, pool, ice cream, and all things that make for a good holiday. 

My boys are growing up so quickly.  Here they are sitting and watching something on Allen's i-phone.  So thankful for i-phones and i-pads.

The boys were in child care in the morning, while Allen and I had meetings.  Then we would go get them in the afternoon.  They loved their classes and one night Nate sang for almost 45 minutes before finally going to sleep.  Not sure what he was singing but I am positive they were songs they had learned in music class.  Nate also took longer afternoon naps so Ben got a little more pool time. 

 

Nate trying to wake up from a nap.  Nate LOVED jumping into the water from the side.  This child has NO FEAR!!  I would I could have bottled and captured his smile and laugh when we could jump in.  But with two little ones in the pool, I didn't get great pictures of it. 

 

 

 

OH, NUTELLA, we love you!  Growing up we always went to the beach and Nutella was a treat for holiday.  So, it was fun to introduce it to my boys!

 

The hotel was situated in Villas and looked very typically Greek.

The pool!  It was perfect, the first bit was really shallow, then the second was right perfect for Nate and Ben to stand up in, and then it got deeper after the two bridges.

I had a ladies night one night and someone brought goodies from America.  I got a Nutter Butter and shared it with Allen.  Here he is eating it in the bathroom so he doesn't have to share with the boys! 

We were weighing all our bags and so Ben felt like he should weigh his backpack.

At the end of the trip.  The boys were exhausted and slept great on the plane ride home!

Again, thankful for the i-phone!
