We went to the doctor on Sunday and got to see our beautiful son during the ultrasound. I get teary every time!! Nate is 25 weeks and weighing in around 1 lbs 11 oz. It was a great visit for several reasons. The first and best, was that I got permission to go to the states for my brother, Daniels, wedding in May!!! YEAH!! Now we are just working on the logistics of going. My doctor is great and because of my history we know that I am not going to go into labor.
We also talked to my doctor about labor/c-section and what to expect with Nate. It was good but hard to hear. I basically have a cervix that is hard as a rock and am never going to be able to have a natural delivery, which is sad for me. I know there are lots of people out there that prefer to schedule and only have a c-section. Anyways, it is a blessing to know and a blessing that we have the ability to have c-sections. Plus, now we can schedule Nates arrival. So, it looks like between June 21-28 Nate will be born!! Can't wait to meet this little guy!
