Chipotle and Winter Wonderland

We woke up Sunday to Sunshine!!  Our church has a family service for the last service of the year.  Ben is doing great with family services, Nate lasts about 20 minutes and then it is just a rough last hour!  So, we decided to take advantage of the sunshine and head into London. 

Oh Sunshine!  How I love you and miss you!

The sun shines over chipotle as it should!  Oh, how yummy you are!! 

Then we headed to Hyde Park for the Winter Wonderland.  Ben and Nate HAD to ride the spiderman airplane!  Nate rode one ride and then decided he had had enough.  So, Ben got to ride several more. 

 

Riding the Santa Reindeer ride.  He loved it!  It blew out fake snow!  Wish I could have captured that childhood smile of pure delight.

As we were leaving Hyde Park, the boys both fell asleep!  Have I mentioned that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our stroller! 

 

So, we headed to the train station.  I got a hot chocolate and Allen got Krispy Kreme doughnuts and a coffee.

Then we sat on the train and played with the camera. 

 

 

 

We have lived in England for 20 months and I have to say that this was the first trip into London with the boys where I felt we did the public transport well.  We always end up carrying the stroller up or down stairs or walking really far.  Not this time!  I know it is silly but it felt like a success to me!  We rode the bus, underground and train, the boys of course LOVED it.  The ride on the train home was a little sketchy.  They were doing work on the lines and I am pretty sure we went up to Scotland to go south to our home but we had a great day!

We of course missed the D's who did this trip with us last year!
