We went to the doctor yesterday and Ben is doing great! He is now at 6lbs, 13oz! I am ready to meet this little guy but he apparently likes his current home. So, we will continue to wait. This week, I have been given all kinds of advice about how to encourage Ben to make his grand debute! So here they are...
1) Cinnamon tea will apparently induce contractions.
2) Sage tea as well
3) Rocca salad will start labor.
4) Walking- we have been doing this a lot. It doesn't hurt that we live up 3 flights of stairs.
5) Spicy food.
We will see...I am trying them ALL! Just kidding! But I am ready to meet this little guy.
You need some help in the spicy food department? Come on over! I'll see what I can do. :)
